Two more illustrations are now in colour - one by Farid and the other by S.C.M. (see below)! B&W images have been edited with Inkscape and GIMP! Plus assorted link fixes and a correction of an egregious spelling error in character creation.
Also thanks to T for a great review that spurred the B&W updates.
