Bulletopia v.4

Great news, the game just got a MAJOR update!!

I have done the following:

• ADDED LEVELING UP
• Added several power ups
• Added a Home screen
• Added High scores
• Added a pause menu
• Changed music
• Changed game loop
  
• Changed gem spawning system
• Improved UI
• Fixed tons of bugs
• Cleaned the code

Everything was done in the span of 2 days, crazy I know.
