Upload v0.11.9 released

HereSphere update v0.11.9 fixes some minor bugs.

• Updated the web browser user agent so websites like Spotify won't complain about web browser compatibility.
• Fixed issue with tag autoseek not working properly when excluding a tag that occurs multiple times in a video.
• Fixed issue with synchronized peripherals not working when seeking to time 0 with a positive time offset.
• Adjusted keyboard popup location for the synchronized peripherals menu so it doesn't get cut off.
• Added a duration sort option to the media library and web API view. You may need to rescan the library to get the correct video duration. There's a cogwheel icon in the bottom right corner of the web API view that has a button to rescan the library. Local videos will need to be previously played for the duration to be read correctly.
