0.2.1f Patchnotes

Hey everyone, 

another small update here, trying to improve the game as much as possible in its current state before I go into deeper development.

• New Building models! - Everything looks a little nicer now :)
• 7 new Images!
• New Sounds
• Changes to minigame UI
• Changes to the city/park layout
• Added a small lake
• Various fixes
