As it was originally intended, One Last Golf Before Sunrise is now playable in any browser! Isn't it beautiful? I think it is.
During the jam, I faced some issue with the WebGL builds, namely Unity vfx graph being compute shaders (which are not compatible with WebGL), as well as strangely low quality textures. It was decided to drop the browser version for the jam, in order to focus on some extra levels.
These problems are now solved! The vfx graphs have been dropped for good old particle system (I hate them), and the blurred textures were fixed by modifying some html settings (config.devicePixelRatio) . You live and sometimes you learn :)
