issue#001 Trigger button issue for panic mode

The panic button on the controller / joypad has not yet been implemented. sorry I forgot to do it. I was using my brother's ps4 controller to do control debug but I got sidetracked with other things and I just realized that.  The bug fix will come in the next update.
