Updated main menu graphics
Added distance-based vertex snapping for PS1-style shaders that reduces the wobbly/blocky artifacts on distant objects (and works well with higher screen resolutions)
Fixed headbust image now showing up correctly for drunk guy at last level
Fixed screen ratio scaling not working for key-hud items for specific levels
Further minor gameplay balancing tweaks
