Fixes

• Updated Input to 10.0.9.
• The room editor now saves a placeholder script.kitty file. (Refer to the wiki for information on getting mods to work correctly)
• Input constants for the Catspeak API have been fixed.
• Fixed issue where pressing UP in a list dialog box would spam UP.
