Future Rally 0.3.1 update

Small update to the game

Changes:

• Added drafting behind other ship. You can now get small speed boost when behind another ship
  
• Adjusted hovering to make ships less "jumpy"
• Locked the camera rotation so it no longer rotates with the ship
