Pixels In The Void - Dev log 20a

* "xxx wins" and "red scored" are mow more toward the top of the screen
*  "xxx wins" no longer fades in and out
* Footie mode added
* Updated arena select screen
* Ball location is reset on new game start
* removed current speed from scoreboard
* removed viper and firebomb ships for now
* players should respawn on their side of the pitch in Footie mode
* All players should now be able to shoot/pass the ball
* Fixed base capturing (hopefully)!
* Ball made bigger and bouncier!
* There is now a 5 second delay when respawning in Footie mode!
