V2.0: Post-Jam Polish!

After the game jam ended I got some of my IRL friends together for my first proper Sky Rock Rivals playtest with other people, and came back with both further confidence that there's something interesting here, and a bunch of refinements to the game!

This update features a bunch of improvements, including:

• Official rules for Characters recovering after retiring from an Encounter!
• Streamlined and more interactive Character creation!
• Rebalanced game length and starting Word counts!
• Slightly simplified turn ordering!
• More Optional Rules!
• Assorted tips and clarifications!
• Over 30% more text in the same pamphlet-sized space, 
  thanks to the magic of formatting!
• A comically smaller file size!
