I’ve rewritten the Phreak vibe to follow the current (as of June 2025) “Reborn” version of The Lost Bay rules. These are quite different mechanically, so I had to almost entirely rewrite the Gifts (was: Powers) and Scars.
Many thanks to Iko and David on the TLB Discord for their feedback, it’s much appreciated.
If the older files are still useful for anyone using the Quickstart version of the rules I can put them back up.
