main change = decreased tech costs
cosmetic:
- reverted explorers and tech cult to vanilla-like sprites
- added cosmetic effects to some weapons
- some UI color changes
- renamed some things
components:
- nerfed most homing weapons
- nerfed t1 lasers and pulsars, buffed cannons
- remade Thunderstorm weapons on advanced ammo, deleted m2 versions
- more component modifications adjustments again
- scorcher bombs reverted back to frag bib
- buffed stasis torpedoes
ships:
- added XXX builds to Primitives
- buffed synthetic (mech beholder)
- reworked t1 builds in general
- reworked tartarus into a standard ship, power circuit deleted
- more AI adjustments to bots
quests and factions:
- better loot of trade fleets, lower prices to trade
- fixed softlock of beacon pirates
- readjusted beacon quest chances (less pirates, more empty or loot)
- added FSE to free nodes
- added max faction distances
