v 0.43 update

In a recent update I think I said something like "no new gameplay mechanics or purchases" but it seems I lied! I did a bunch to fill out space in the Odds&Ends shop!

Changes:

• Blood Bank's "Loan" is now "Stock: 1" (This fixes an infinite money glitch!)

• Final illustration for Odds & Ends
• Fixed rendering errors with some outlined text
• Further progress illustrating Tammy's Top Tomes (this one is taking A LOT to finish!)

Only like, one-and-a-half shop illustrations left to go!
