​Demo 0.45 patch notes

0.45 Demo patch includes:

• Added anti-aliasing settings to graphics sub-menu.
• Fixed bug where mouse cursor was appearing on the wrong window after leaving pause menu.
• If graphics settings are not applied when leaving the graphics sub-menu they are reset.
• Disabled window resizing.
• Fixed bug where window size was not appearing on selected resolutions when game was running in a window.
