Balance Changes

• Decreased EEBBEE max speed (was 15 - now 10)
• Decreased EEBBEE acceleration (was 100 - now 50)
• Decreased EEBBEE gravity scaling (was 4 - now 2.5)
• Decreased Obstacle speed (was 0.175 - now 0.1)
  • Also adjusted background move speed to seperate from obstacles (was 0.1 - now 0.09)
