Some cleanup, I was so tired when I uploaded 0.9 I forgot to add stuff in a couple places. Note: many of these changes were to the map itself, so you will need to start a new game to see them. 

CHANGES:

• Changed all hounds to use wolf texture
• Added jukebox and song
• Additional goodies in Ice Sheet shack
• Ice Sheet shack door works as intended, added key
• Winterleaf bushes have been placed around the island along with winterleaves for temporary cold resistance
• Boss 2 does what he's supposed to when he falls into water
• Some sheets of thin ice can now be broken with melee
• Pickaxe model rotated 90 degrees
• Added loavision effect workaround
• Boat stove is now a usable.
