oh damn this is a little past due isn't it

okie dokie! new month new build! most of it is honestly a lot of backend stuff, but:

• added a "radio" and "purse" as evidence
• added the affection system
• started adding the tells system

the tutorial needs to be changed a bit in order to teach people about these new systems and the vampire hunters' guide, but to summarize the affection system (since it's actually working properly now)

you can gain affection with characters based on dialogue choices (with a little bit more of an expansion on it in the future)

and that affection can be spent to redo choices! currently, it's consistently 1 across the board but in the future, 2 will be required for dialogue that's already fully passed

i'm working right now on octuple checking to see if all conclusions can be met (or at least that the player doesn't hit a brick wall where zero conclusions can be met) but!!

despite these months being really tricky, we're working on getting things a lot smoother in the background. ui and character sprites will be overhauled, and we're working on original songs too!

and remember ciro's sprites? still working on em but making a good amount of progress!

we're also getting a little bit of work done on kickstarter rewards (namely the ones by hallie and linnea), but i'm keeping my mouth shut on those for now
