LOWREZJAM version upload.

After a break to vote for the other games in the #lowrezjam, I'll continue the development adding a few ideas:

• Make food a more important stat to balance farms and mills
• Make bandits steal money when safety is too low
• Maybe get some space in the bottom for water reflection
