Negative Nancy v2

Version 2 of Negative Nancy remains mostly true to the jam version, but with some bug fixes and minor improvements in response to feedback:

• Slightly reduced cop conversation difficulty
• Fix dialogue error in coworker conversation
• Prevent game from freezing on dialogue errors
• Tweak cafe checkout scene colors to improve waitress visibility
• Add ability to fast-forward through the game by holding right mouse button
• Tweak character voice pitch and (in one case) speed
• Change talking speed on punctuation
• Performance optimizations
• Correct music in one scene
