Settings Menu Overhaul!

The Public Beta has received a patch! 

The Settings menu has been completely overhauled and is now split into multiple sub-menus!

This patch also nerfs the power consumption of the Power A/C and Global Music Box, their cooldown speed has been extended to compensate.
