Pagination: v0.2.1

Since this is meant to be a journal, I expect people (maybe mostly me) to make many posts so it would be pretty expensive for the phone / computer to display them all whenever the app opens. So now we're only displaying 10 posts at a time and there's a button at the bottom that allows you to load more.

1. Export your data by tapping on the export button at the bottom of the app
2. Attach the new moments file
3. Tap the import button in the new app and import your old data
