Controls Update

Hello! I just added a slider for mouse sensitivity and a start button to make playing the game easier. 

This is after my last update where I just increased the mouse sensitivity. That made it playable for some, but may have made things difficult for others. 

I will make no updates to the gameplay itself until the GameDev.tv Game Jam rating period is over.
