1.1 Update - Minor Bug Fixes

This update addresses some minor bug fixes. No new content was added.

Bugs squished:

• Made Q and E both work for object drop-offs.
• Clarified action of buttons in controls menu.
• Fixed issue where objects would not respawn when out of bounds.
• Fixed issue where the player could drop objects into another object and lose them inside.
• Bird no longer respawns the player twice if the player respawns at home before the bird is done carrying them.
• Added custom icons for all builds.
