Now available for WebGL

After a long time the game is finaly available in Unity WebGL form and no longer requires a local instalaltion + python (and side modules) to run. 

Added features (Compared to the Python version): 

- Interactive tutorial

-  new Boss heath UI

- Fullscreen  (Python only supported 1280x720 windowed)
