Preparing new FCAV version 1304.97

Working next on FCAV. Preparing net-code 2.0 and new engine optimization with big refactoring.
New version will brings a lot technical optimization.

-Good net-code will be great ground for quality coop without bad lags.
-Improved menu partitions will make comfort with navigation.
-Weapon animations will be possible to skip earlier before they will fully ended.

-Damage through bushes from melee weapons will be finally fixed.
-Rewritten a lot things for multiplayer(fixed and improvements)...

-Ability to have a lot active npc on the server(about 100-150)

-Improved admin panel a bit..

And other...
