What is this project ?
For the people that have never heard of this game before, this project was originally a remake of a old fnaf fangame that had been in development for the past 5 years before deciding to go original.
As of now, this project could be described as being only loosely based on FNaF, as it reivents and remixes concepts from the games in a new and never quite seen before direction; or at least as far as the official series goes, as this game also takes strong influence from other fan projects and affiliated media.
Overall tought, my goal with this game was to present something that directly opposed and subverts the five nights formula in a way wich would still feel respectful to the almost decade history of the fandom.
Plans can always change, but as of now the project is following this philosophy.
How has progress been so far?
Bad. I'm not going to try and fool long time followers by telling them that the project is in a good state development wise, I in fact was NOT planning to announce it so early and wanted to wait until the game reached a good enough state before doing anything, but current events in the gamejolt space encouraged me to reveal the title and make this page, as it would have benefitted potential popularity had I done it right now instead of much later.
So, what now?
Well ya'll will still have to wait I fear. For now I will leave everything as it is and continue working in the shadows, when I feel it comes to it, I will publish a teaser trailer that will give you all a glimpse of the new freddy desing, but as of now nothing is certian.
To end on a good note tought, IT'S SUMMER TIME, and this means I'll have A LOT more time to work on the game, and I am planning to work a little almost every day from now on, so let's hope I can actually do something important in these 3 months.
