V1 (Building-menu-update) released

Today I moved the spawn point away from mountains. Wheels and steering wheels are now moving. I also released the next version (V1 - Building-menu-update).

Change log:
added:
- design mode in the building menu
- item filter in the inventory
- automatic walking over stairs

bug fixes:
- wrong scale of parts of opening items, if the base item was scaled
- oven wasn't working
- space menu disappeared, when a player fell asleep

 changes:
- spawn point is now moved away from mountains
- wheels and steering wheels are now animated
- error logs are now summarized
