Version 1.1

Heya all, this little update is to just fix some silly bugs I missed before shipping it. 

Bugs fixed:

1. Spikes should now work and respawn the player 
2. The respawn UI should now work correctly
3. Bats wont have super speed in Level 2

DO NOT HIT LOAD GAME WITHOUT STARTING A NEW SAVE FIRST

A future update will address that issue so it wont break the game :)
