Current Progress

Hey everyone, I thought I'd get on and give you all an update on the game's current progress. To get it out of the way right off the bat, I didn't manage to get the update out before the end of spring and I apologize, my current plan is to hopefully get Act 3 out by the end of June. 

I've been working a lot with trying to figure out the coding aspects of the game development app that I've been using, Twine. I don't have a lot of experience with coding but the system so far has been manageable. The last few updates my way of creating the separate choices made it end up as a spider web where multiple passages might be duplicates because of previous choices made that didn't effect that passage but were made before hand. But now I've been able to develop a system of variables within the game which seem to make it much easier to write the story without having to copy and paste to each separate passage.

As for the story progression, I have some of the story between Act 2.5 and Act 3 done for the next update but there is still a good amount that I have yet to write. As previously stated, my current goal is to get the next update out by the end of June and to have it be a full finished Act 3 so that I can work from there on getting Act 4 released. But currently the timeline for updates isn't very solid because of how busy things have been with work. Anyways, thanks again to everyone who's supported this game, I'm excited to continue it and get the next update out to you guys as soon as possible.
