What's changed:

• added more script functions for use with catspeak
  • RandomInt(base)
  • RandomFloat(base)
  • RandomChoice(arguments...)
  • CheckPosFree(x,y)
  • DestroyBlock(x,y)
  • BreakBlock(x,y)
• added a check when spawning new blocks inside another block, halting in case this happens
• increased the catspeak timeout from 1 second to 5 seconds for more complex modding (we'll see if this works fine in the future)
