Devlog 5 - Building & UI updates

This week's update brings some new visuals and improvements on building mechanic.

• Bugfix: Hospital was missing one building block
• Bugfix: Destroy Button didn't remove preview.
• Stats panel now show starting stats without decimal
• Better visibility on stats panel
