I received an email telling me that someone tried to purchase SiW but couldn't because I hadn't yet added US dollars to the list of accepted currencies on my PayPal account. Big face-palm moment. Know that I just went ahead and added a wide range of currencies!
PS. In case you're wondering. The issue came up at all since I switched payout options from "itch.io collects it all first" to "everything goes straight to your PayPal account." The reason I did this is that, thanks to my status as a small business owner in Germany, I'm exempt from charging VAT. Value-added tax is automatically charged through itch if a EU customer purchases a product since itch is a US company. /endoflegalexplanation.exe
