Build 47 + android and linux support test

First little patch, mainly to test updating to itch and android apk support.

• Android support added via apk for occulus quest 2 and 3
• Linux support added but not tested
•  Ghost players cannot attack anymore
• Healing buffed
• Hotfixed some accidental collision on spellcasting
• Added a color change to better signal when a spell is ready to grab
