Version 6.0 Changes: Balancing, UI Improvements and Audio Changes

This update was a bit delayed due to a busy schedule, but updates over the next couple of months should roll out more quickly.

Balance Changes:

-Critical Chance and Damage upgrades now apply to the magic sword ability.

-Scattershot now properly runs multiple times when chance is above 100%.

-Autocasting can now be unlocked for magic ring and time dilation abilities.

-New Ability: Last Resort. 

This ability is unlocked by being level 3 and spending $100k. 

It is a one time use that spawns a ring that one shots any enemy regardless of their hp. 

It also sets your own health to 1 and prevents any healing.

UI Improvements:

-Enemies now will flash white whenever they are hit.

-Added a fps counter that can be dragged around by holding shift and left clicking.

-Ranged enemy projectiles now fade in and out to look more laser-like.

-Updated the following tooltips: all abilities, critical chance, critical damage, and scattershot chance.

-Changed how the cursor loads so the sprite is centered when it is a crosshair cursor. 

Changed the default cursor to a crosshair to better convey that you can click to shoot.

Customization Improvements:

-Added toggle for tutorial popups

-Added toggle for enemy death animations

-Reorganized the audio settings a tiny bit

-Added SFX Volume slider

-Added toggle for the fps counter

-Added 3 more music tracks 

SFX Changes:

-Added a jingle when upgrading successfully

-Added a laser pew effect when shooting

-Added a explosion effect when enemies die

Backend Things:

-Reworked how the audio was working so that more advanced techniques can be applied.

Bugfixes:

-Attempted to fix a bug where the planet would not properly show the hitflash in the .exe version.
