Overchared Options Menu Added!
- The overcharge options allows you to mess with anything inside of the world environment related to graphics!
- Added film grain.
Made Settings save.
Fixed issue with noclip on touch screen
Fixed the zombie not playing sounds and showing it's path
All the options can now be edited from the pause menu
