#Update
The UI for the Layer Manager and Settings Menu has been majorly cleaned up and overhauled. Its also changed so that it will fill more of the screen and be spaced out a bit more so that its easier to use on android.
Bug fixes also applied for the Layer Manager Button's position and some of the bugs in the Settings menu.
