Surprise!

Due to a TikTok video going viral recently, a lot of people have recently learned about Roshutsu. Because the latest publicized release of Roshutsu removed a significant number of features, it felt like a downgrade from Alpha 7. As a result, there has been demand for Alpha 7 to be made accessible. With the renewed interest of Roshutsu, I decided to time travel to an older version and rebuild it.

This release is mostly a re-release of Alpha 7. The only changes have been some very minor updates to the main menu to update the links pointed to our various social media platforms. A few minor fixes were also added that were originally going to release in Alpha 8 before it got morphed into what it became. Because this update is largely a re-release, any features and functionality added in Alpha 8 or later are not present.

The renewed interest in Roshutsu gives me some motivation to pick this up again, but as this is no longer my full-time job, I cannot guarantee any future updates. The development of Roshutsu is still in indefinite hiatus, however I do feel more inclined to work from this version rather than continuing where I was in Alpha 8 and Alpha 9.
