Post TOJam Update!

This is a quick Post Game Jam update! Highlights include bug fixes and neat looking menu and aesthetics! This update also enabled the TOjam 2025 Metagame project, the main menu will be updated if its enabled.

bug fixes:

• WebGL bug with random input hitching
• a lamp post not being able to be picked up
• tiny optimizations
