Update 1

Hi guys! This is first after-jam-update! Main change is to make the jump more forgiving!

I incorporated few of your other comments. Very soon I hope to release next update :).

Changes:

• Making the jump much easier by adding coyote time.  
• Reducing screen shakes and fades times.
• Removing 'automatic' switching dwarfs when one of them dies.
