Info Document, New Glpyhs, and Point Sizing

Hurray! The full font collection has been updated, and all bugs fixed! Well, not quite, it is time for the review phase, but first lets go over what changed with Party Pack.
Party Pack (all 10 variations) got some nice updates, including point sizing fixes, new glpyhs "Œ" + "œ", as well as my new font info document to help devs use each particular font.
