Copland theme has been added to Hai!
While working on adding polls, I had to finish a Copland theme I started over a year ago. Also fixed many, many iOS specific positioning issues, and a few other position issues.
Hai! does have some large screen support as you can see below, but it is inconsistent and needs more work. In the meantime, yes, you can sorta get it to work on your desktop too!
