minor bugfixes!! (but its really important i promise)

• fixed save corruption issue when unlocking tartbo (i dont know how this happened)
• fixed music not stopping when finishing a level
• fixed scrolling via touch controls to make it more smooth

more updates on the way! epic stuff to come including more levels and music :D
