It all started with… work boredom. One quiet afternoon at my room, while work felt repetitive and inspiration was nowhere to be found, I sat slouched on my trusty office chair.
As my mind drifted aimlessly, I began absentmindedly pushing my chair from point A to point B using my feet. It seemed like a harmless distraction. But I soon discovered it was harder than it looked. The wheels wobbled, I nearly tipped over, and for a moment, I genuinely thought I'd crash into my desk. It was dangerous. It was ridiculous. It was... fun?
That's when the idea struck me:
A rolling chair simulator, but not the polished, unrealistic ones where the chair glides smoothly without risk. No. I wanted a game that captured the chaos and unpredictability of real rolling chairs, where you could actually fall. Where momentum, balance, and room layout mattered. A game that felt like a true rolling chair adventure.
most were just featured chairs with legs that moved like robots. None of them captured the dangerous joy I experienced. So, I decided to create my own.
Developing a prototype took time nearly a year, in fact. I worked on it bit by bit, often while juggling other projects. Sometimes I’d only have time to add a single mechanic or tweak some physics after dinner. Most of it was just me experimenting with random mods and spaghetti code.
But eventually... it came to life hehehehehhe
And just like that, Rolling Chair Action was born.
This game is a love letter to everyone who’s ever been stuck in the office a little too long and secretly dreamed of breaking free

FUN FACT
in 2025 My current workspace doesn't even have chairs . I work while sitting on the floor now. But sometimes I remember… I once had a chair. That old Office Chair ( Savello Selco S ) was with me for over 10 years, patched up in multiple places, barely holding together near the end. But it was more than just a chair . it supported me through countless projects, long nights, and creative breakthroughs. It might be gone now, but its legacy rolls on through this game.
Rest in peace, my chair.
May you find happiness in a better place among the heavenly chairs up there :')
