New enhanced version!

Enhanced version of the game:

• Supports 1-36 players
• Supports player shuffling, i.e. the same player won't go first for purchasing or setting the price every time
• Looks better
• Shows temperatures in both Celsius and Fahrenheit
• Shows week and temperature on sales screen
• Limits price to the range 10-99, so it's easier to avoid mistakes when entering the price
