Updates for 4.0 of the prototype:

1. Tweaked Camera Behaviour.
2. Added Drag to the Extended Landing Gear.
3. Added Control Surface Animations.
4. Enabled Thrust Vectoring Controls.

Bug Fixes:

1. Landing Gear no longer kills all momentum when extended.
