Changes:
- TCBB map revamped with new procedures
- Added thunderstorms & aircraft avoidance requests
- Fix datatag drag "spasm" bug
- ACC now re-clears aircraft to next waypoint if still being vectored
- Departure can only be handed over to ACC if flying to a waypoint
- Remove waypoints behind the aircraft automatically after capturing localizer
- Fix aircraft still showing "handover" after go-around from RNP approach
