Bug squashing and new content

Additions:

- Adds a debug version of level 9

- Adds achievements and achievement saving (find em all)

- Adds help menu

Patches:

- fixed being unable to access level 7

- Polished level 8's boss-fight

- 2nd level boss can no longer spawn ontop of the player

- removed debug skip for level 8
