Chapter 3 - General overview

So. Chapter 3.

My short break was quite relaxing. I didn't completely drop the game as it would have been too boring otherwise, but taking things a bit more slow helped a lot. You may also have seen my posts in between the releases where I tried out some stuff in daz.

As many have noticed, there was little mention of the more recent loss in Chapter 1 and even less in Chapter 2. That will now change with the ending in Chapter 2. Chapter 2 was generally a bit more on the light-hearted side, and we can't leave it like that for several chapters at a time, can we?

Briefly on the raw numbers, no guarantees as always at this early stage:

• 31000 words in the first draft of the dialogues (Chapter 2 - 27346 on release)
• 3259 estimated renders (Chapter 2 - 2424 on release)
• 2 new intimate scenes, number of animations still unknown
• Focus Li Chapter 3 - 4 events
• Focus Li Chapter 4 - 3 events
• Sarah - 3 events
• New main character - 3 events

Chapter 2 took almost 3 months of uninterrupted work to complete. I expect Chapter 3 to take 3-4 months, as there will be double the amount of animations this time. Additionally, I think once I'm done, the numbers (words and renders) could get a bit higher than stated in my estimates.

I will need about 1 more week to set up the new locations/characters and then I think the weekly progress updates can start again.
