Daily Update (5/1/25) - Bounce and glow

Hi All! Today I decided to make it a bit more obvious when you've got relevant Item Types for Customers in your Hand selected, so I added a bounce and glow effect to the customer's liked and disliked preference icons when you've got Items of those types selected in your Hand. This is a nice extra QoL UI feature, and I'm pretty happy how it turned out. Also, there are a few nice bugfixes and tweaks in there today too! Here's the changelog:

- UI: Type Icons on Customer Cards now visually bounce a bit when Item Cards with those types are selected, and glow red/green depending on if they're liked/disliked
- UI: The Sell Button now disables itself if more than 1 Item is selected
- SFX: Added button hover SFX to the topbar buttons
- SFX: Added missing SFX to the Back Button in various Deck Pile Views
- Bugfix: Fixed Start Run button controller hotkey being wired to the Previous Difficulty action instead of actually starting the run
- Bugfix: Fixed a minor misalignment of Customers, causing them to be somewhat hidden by the topbar (only a little)
- Bugfix: Fixed Sell Button remaining active after de-selecting your only selected Item
- Bugfix: Fixed controller users being unable to ban customers from their customer pool due to the Ban Customer button not being selectable for controllers.
